HCLTECH Hiring – Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility Criteria
- All fresh engineering graduates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria are eligible for AMP, whether hired on-campus or off-campus.
- For candidates applying to Lucknow, Nagpur, Vijayawada, and Madurai, the minimum academic requirement is 65% or above throughout academics (Class 10, Class 12, and graduation). For all other locations, the eligibility criterion is 70% or above throughout academics to qualify for the AMP program.
- Engineering degree in any branch.
How can candidates qualify for Momentum and Polaris?
The top 10% of candidates who clear the Ascend assessment are evaluated further through additional interviews, hackathons, or technical tests.
Based on their performance and ranking, they may be upgraded to:
- Momentum (₹6.0 LPA), or
- Polaris (₹10.0 LPA).
