📌 Job Summary & Overview
Wipro Limited is hiring engineering and technology graduates for the role of Graduate Trainee Engineer (Backend – Manual Tester) in Gurgaon. Trainees will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to support enterprise human resource functions and client delivery.
- Role Designation: Graduate Trainee Engineer (Backend) | Band AA.
- Functional Area: System Configuration & Manual Testing.
- Work Location: Gurgaon (Day Shift, 5 Days Work From Office).
- Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided (subject to candidate residence within designated hiring zones).
- Service Agreement: 12 Months.
- Selection Process: Gate Assessment preceding the interview.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Information Technology, and Electronics & Communication Engineering) OR MCA graduates only.
- Required Mindset: Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and a foundational understanding of programming, databases, and software testing principles.

🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Set up and configure parameters/tables within the proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System based on technical client requirements.
- Test Planning & Execution: Prepare test cases, generate test data, and execute test plans under the guidance of System Analysts (SAs).
- Defect Management: Troubleshoot, analyze, and fix intermediate system defects, ensuring test cases cover real-time customer impact.
- Stress & Break-Testing: Perform rigorous stress testing to identify edge cases and break system vulnerabilities before deployment.
- Communication & Delivery: Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, adhere to client delivery timelines, and maintain effective task updates across communication channels.
