Virtusa NeuralHack 2025 – Full Recruitment Process
Virtusa’s NeuralHack is a national-level hiring challenge designed to recruit top tech talent for roles like Associate Engineer and Software Developer. The process evaluates your problem-solving, coding, and communication skills through a series of competitive rounds, ending with technical and HR interviews.
Recently, candidates shortlisted for Round 3 Technical Interview (as seen in Virtusa emails) are now moving to the final evaluation stage — conducted in person at Virtusa offices.
Recruitment Process Overview

Round 1 – Online Coding Challenge
- Platform: HackerRank or HackerEarth
- Questions: 2–3 coding problems
- Duration: 90–120 minutes

Tip:
Try to solve at least one question fully and optimize others for partial scoring. Accuracy and logic matter more than completion speed.
Round 2 – Project Implementation
In this round, candidates are given a real-world problem statement. You’ll need to design a working prototype or solution (frontend, backend, or full stack).

Tip:
Interviewers focus more on clarity of concepts and logical thinking rather than memorization. Be confident while explaining your project.
Round 4 – HR Interview
The final HR discussion is to evaluate your attitude, communication, and workplace compatibility.

- Are you open to relocation?
- Tell me about a challenge you overcame during your project.
Tip:
