🎓 General Eligibility & Expectations

  • Academic Enrollment: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related quantitative technical field.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, teamwork, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional Growth: Hands-on experience building real applications, mentorship from senior engineers, and direct ownership of global scale projects from Day 1.

🚀 Available Specialization Tracks

1. Information Technology Intern (Software Engineering)

Design, build, and ship applications on P&G’s Data & Analytics Platform while learning modern Agile and DevOps practices.

  • Key Responsibilities: Write and test code for Data & Analytics applications, support cloud-native (Azure) development, and collaborate with product teams.
  • Required Skills: Foundational programming in Java and/or TypeScript, relational database understanding, and basic SQL.
  • Preferred Tools: Spring Framework, React, Azure Cloud, Python, Angular, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

2. Information Technology Intern (Platform Engineering)

Build, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and overall DevOps engineering practices.

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), maintain CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring & logging frameworks.
  • Required Skills: Foundational cloud platform awareness (Azure preferred), basic scripting in Python and/or Bash.
  • Preferred Tools: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Grafana.

3. Information Technology Intern (AI Engineering)

  • Key Responsibilities: Maintain high availability for production systems, build monitoring dashboards, contribute to automation solutions, and manage deployment changes with minimal downtime.
  • Required Skills: Cloud computing concepts (Microsoft Azure), intermediate Python programming skills.
  • Preferred Tools: Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, SonarQube, GitHub, and Pytest.

    • 4. Information Technology Intern (Data Science / Data Engineering)

    Work on complex business problems using large datasets—building scalable data pipelines or developing advanced statistical and machine learning analytical models.

    • Key Responsibilities: Derive insights from large data sources, build structured ETL workflows, and apply machine learning / predictive modeling techniques.
    • Required Skills: Proficiency in Python and/or SQL, sound understanding of data structures, algorithms, and basic statistics.
    • Preferred Tools: Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Spark, Azure, and Git.
