Complete Selection Process (2025)
The selection process generally involves 4 stages:
1. Online Application / Referral

2. Online Assessment (Aptitude + Domain)
This is the first elimination round. You will receive a test link via email.
Pattern:

If you clear the test(s), you will be invited for interviews:

- Interest in finance & Morningstar products
- Awareness about mutual funds, investment industry
- Communication, teamwork, and adaptability evaluation

- Explain NAV and SIP in simple terms.
