Mahindra Hiring – Assessment Structure

Once your application is accepted, you’ll be assigned a specific assessment slot. Make sure to be on time and well-prepared, as the test is time-bound and proctored.

  • Education: Final-year B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech students graduating in June 2025.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA up to the current semester.
  • Backlogs: No active backlogs at the time of application.
  • Application Frequency: Candidates who have applied within the last 3 months via any other channel are not eligible

The online assessment consists of four major sections:

  1. Aptitude – 10 Questions
    Covers quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and problem-solving.
  2. Special Aptitude – 10 Questions
    Includes questions that test analytical thinking and situational judgment.
  3. Technical MCQs – 10 Questions
    Focused on core engineering subjects (branch-specific) and programming fundamentals.
  4. Coding Questions – 2 Problems
    Expect logic-based or real-world coding problems in C/C++/Java/Python.
  • Practice aptitude and reasoning daily
  • Brush up on basic programming and technical concepts

  • Attempt mock tests in a time-bound manner

Candidates who clear the assessment will be shortlisted for virtual interviews, including:
