Cognizant is conducting an off-campus hiring drive for fresh graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches for the role of Analyst Trainee. Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining computing environments, monitoring production servers, managing incidents, and providing foundational IT support across various technology verticals.

📌 Eligibility Criteria & Candidate Profile

  • Eligible Batches: 2025 and 2026 Graduated Batches.
  • Qualification: 3-year UG degree in BCA, BSc (Computer Science, Information Technology & allied streams, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics & Electronics).
  • Academic Cut-off: Minimum 60% consistent academic record in X, XII / Diploma, and UG (Rounding off 59.9% to 60% is strictly not allowed).
  • Arrears / Backlogs: Minimum 60% aggregate in UG with zero active arrears at the time of joining.
  • CGPA Conversion: University norms to be followed for CGPA to percentage conversion.
  • Flexibility & Nationality: Must be flexible to work from any Cognizant office location, shift timing, and technology domain. Open to Indian nationals and OCIs currently residing in India.
