Technical Assessment Overview
The Cognizant GenC Technical Assessment is the most important step in the selection process. It evaluates your technical and problem-solving skills.

What Are Clusters in Cognizant GenC?
Cognizant uses “Clusters” to categorize the technical domains for its GenC (Generation Cognizant) and GenC Elevate assessments. Based on your academic background or the job profile you’ve applied for, you may be assigned a specific cluster.
