CDAC Hiring – Eligibility Criteria
- Basic knowledge of frontend and backend development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, database fundamentals (MongoDB/MySQL), Git/GitHub, API integration, and understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Frontend Development using React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript. Backend Development using Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, or Python. Database design and management using MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS. Cloud deployment and services knowledge on AWS/Azure/GCP. Understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Networking Protocols & Standards – Strong understanding of OSI/TCP-IP models, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and QoS.
- Wireless Communication Systems – Knowledge of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, LTE/5G, C-V2X, and NR-V2X including modulation, coding, and MIMO techniques.
- IoT & Embedded Networking – Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, DDS), CAN, LIN, and Ethernet for vehicular and embedded communication.
- Network Configuration & Tools – Skilled in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls; proficient with analyzers and simulators (Wireshark, Packet Tracer, GNS3, NS-3).
- Software & Scripting – Ability to automate and test networks using Python, C/C++, MATLAB or similar; familiarity with SDN/NFV concepts.
- Cybersecurity in Networking – Basic knowledge of encryption, authentication, IDS/IPS, and secure communication protocols.

- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Support frontend/backend development activities, database handling, debugging, documentation, and deployment activities while working collaboratively in Agile teams.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. Develop responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend services/APIs. Work on cloud deployment, database design, optimization, and application integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring performance, security, and process compliance.
- Protocol development, IoT development, Wireless communication systems and protocols development, Automated Script, Cyber security practices, Documentation and compliance, Cross functional collaborations.
- Develop and maintain web-based security dashboards and platforms using React and Node.js
