Round 1 – DSA + Leadership Principles
Date: 27th February 2025
Interviewers: 2 (Panel)
Discussion Points:
- Leadership Principle: Feedback you received and how you improved
- DSA Questions (Live Coding):
- 🔹 Problem 1: Hard Sliding Window Algorithm
- 🔹 Problem 2: Tree Problem (similar to Burn Binary Tree)
Key Highlights:
- Faced difficulty with the sliding window problem initially, but managed to explain the approach.
- Interview extended by 15 minutes to cover second problem.
- Solved the tree problem using BFS with dry run verification.
- Positive response from both interviewers.

- Project Discussion: Why NoSQL over SQL?
- DSA Problems:
- Problem 1: Anagram Search in Strings (Sliding Window)
- Problem 2: 3D Matrix DP Problem
Key Highlights:
- Brute force → Optimized sliding window for Problem 1.
- Asked constraints for Problem 2 and solved using recursive + DP optimization.
- Interviewer appreciated clarity in code explanation.
Received third round invite next day, later rescheduled to 6th March.
Amazon Round 3 – System Thinking + DSA
Date: 6th March 2025
Interviewer: Senior SDE (7+ years experience)
Discussion Points:
- Leadership Principles: Challenging situations and handling critical feedback.
- DSA Problem:
- Problem: Optimizing a basic array problem from linear to logarithmic time
Key Highlights:
- Focused more on real-world experiences than academic work.
- Couldn’t derive the expected logarithmic solution during the call.
