The opportunity is designed for candidates interested in roles such as Automation Intern, Data Intern, and Tech Tools Intern, based out of Mumbai or Pune.
Through multiple rounds, you’ll demonstrate your technical knowledge, approach to solving business problems, and ability to turn your ideas into a working solution.
Selected candidates will get the opportunity to take up a 3-month internship with dentsu, where they will work on building and developing the proposed solution during the Build Phase.

Dentsu Hiring – Eligibility Criteria
- Tech Round – Screening: Test your technical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Approach Deck Submission: Present your approach to solving the Campaign Intelligence Workflow challenge.
- Interviews: Deep-dive into your technical approach, problem-solving, and ownership.
- Build Phase: Selected candidates work on an in-office prototype over 2–3 months, with structured checkpoints and demos.
Challenge Format – Round 1
- 15 MCQs
- 2 Programming Questions
- 1 SQL Question
Round 1: Tech Round — Screening
Take part in the HackerEarth screening round and demonstrate your technical skills and problem-solving approach.

Round 2: Approach Deck Submission (7–10 Slides)
Submit a 7–10 slide approach deck outlining your proposed solution to the problem statement.
Focus on clarity, structure, workflow, data modeling, integration, automation, feasibility, and edge cases.

Round 3: Interviews
Shortlisted candidates participate in:
Demonstrate your technical depth, structured problem-solving, product/business sense, and ownership.
↓
Round 4: Build Phase (2–3 Months, In-Office Prototype)
Selected candidates enter an in-office prototype build phase and work towards building the proposed solution.
